Lumber Sales

All of our lumber is milled from locally sourced logs and is either air-dried or kiln-dried to a moisture content of 19% or less. We air dry our lumber outdoors in the warmer months and in a humidity and temperature controlled environment during the cooler parts of the year.

We sell dimensional fir, pine, cedar and redwood lumber in standard widths and thicknesses as well as in non-standard, custom dimensions, at lengths up to 16′. We typically match current lumber prices found at Jerry’s Home Improvement Center in Eugene and Springfield.

We price our redwood lumber to meet or beat current prices at Redwood Northwest at 4977 West 11th Avenue in Eugene.
